Marriott Hotel Lounge

Mustafa at the hotel lounge provides excellent customer service and the food is amazing. The Happy Hour provides good beverages and a nice quiet place to conduct business. There’s a television playing the latest soccer games and some comfortable lounge chairs to kick your feet up.

Very Bad Experience Overall

I arrived at the hotel on Sunday, April 20th, at 3 PM . The check-in process took quite a long time (rooms weren't ready apparently); while the receptionist was friendly, there were no apologies or further explanations offered. I had been given an executive room , but I understand there may have been limited availability due to how busy the hotel was at the time.
Unfortunately, the room was poorly cleaned, with stained sheets and visible dust in the corners. The executive lounge was mediocre, and by Monday afternoon around 2 PM, it had become noticeably dirty, unhygienic, and disorganized. The young lady working there — who wasn’t wearing a name tag — seemed indifferent and made no effort to tidy up or attend to guests' needs, making me question whether she was actually staff.
The room service food was acceptable but involved a long wait.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for the price I paid. Perhaps the experience would be better on less busy days.

Excellent customer service

Mustafa, an employee in the lounge is a dedicated employee that is driven to provide outstanding customer service. His acumen and ambassador like skills shine very favorably on himself and the Marriott chain as a whole. It is a pleasure to see how he enjoys his job and the level of care that he affords each and every customer.

Genuine Person

When visiting the hotel make sure to visit the 13th floor lounge. There you will find one of the most tentative staff members Mustapha that ensures everything is ready for your leisure. His attention to the patrons is always at the top of the list and comes with a genuine smile.

Very disappointed by my stay

I strongly advise certain leaders, more respectful of politeness and courtesy, compared to the clientele.
