Place to be

Aweosme experience! Lovely stuff, beautiful rooms and an awesome service. I checked in at 2 am which was no problem. The bathroom was a total highlight for me, which was brand new, like the whole hotel what the friendly manager tomd me. Definitely a recommended place!

No parking. No toiletries. Paid a deposit for a mini bar and there isnt one. Coffe table and dining table legs had 1cm dirt on them..never been cleaned. The tv you have to cast from your phone to watch it. The decor looks like someone threw up on it. Over powering all mixed match. The bed was good and comfortable

Awesome 7 metre long heated rooftop Jacuzzi!! Really good pubs and restaurants a short stroll away. Opposite THE GABBA

Amazing place to break in the New Year. The brand new hotel has just opened and was still at the final stages of completion so parking was a little scarce with contractors and pallets of tiles and equipment ready to install. We really enjoyed the rooftop 7 metre long heated Jacuzzi while observing the New year fireworks display over Kangaroo Point. This place is perfect if you're going to an event at the Gabba Stadium or just very handy to excellent pubs and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The rooms are super clean and soundproof walls and door make your sleep more relaxing. Plenty of space for your luggage. The rooftop restaurant with excellent views was still under construction but will be open in April.
I'm looking forward to returning to one of Brisbanes newest hotels with great staff and great rates, Well done Team Swiss-Belle Brisbane

Where do I start?
Checkin a nightmare with over a 30 minute wait.
Very loud air-conditioning system.
No TV for our entire stay, with 2 requests to staff to rectify. No action taken.
Internet was very intermittent. Again asked manager to look into. No action taken.
No power outlet in bathroom for hairdryer or Shaver.
Plastic toilet seat to small for bowl. Had to hangon when you sat as very loose.
Water from shower ran all over bathroom floor as shower floor slopes the wrong way.
Not enough staff for check in.
While Checking a visitor in, the staff member disappeared to open the carpark for someone else who had not checked in as yet. When we requested a carport she replied it was full. Yet she let others in.
We paid good money for this stay and it was disgraceful. Would never stay here or recommend.

The hotel really was beautiful but checking in was very odd, the door isn't open so we had to knock on the glass until someone saw us. Just odd. Once we were let in by another guest who was also looking for a hotel worker the place was clean. Finally the one and only worker came down and helped the other guy and got us checked in. The room was lovely, like actually really nice so I hope they hire more staff and maybe figure out a new check in process because it was very nice.
