Great location for short stays. Room was on the small side but ideal for solo travellers.
Bed comfortable and was quiet at night.

I booked accommodation for a number of guys working, power went off in one of the rooms, I had to move one guy into another hotel for the second night. Couldn't get any response from the Ibis re refund or reason for the power outage

The twin room me n my son had was definitely to small, with 2 single beds was good BUT there was no room to move I had to push the bed over to the wall so we couldv walk between the beds, my son found a few pills on the floor just under the bed, lucky he was old enough to not put them in his mouth, the coffee mugs were dirty, the carpets were not cleaned, n the bathroom was clean etc but the shower had no like base etc to catch the water so water went all over the floor n out under the door onto the carpet

A couple of issue, firstly the room was clean but had bugs all over the ceiling and the blockout blind had dead bugs squashed all over it. It looked like they had been there for sometime.
Secondly, check out was 10am but as we walked out of our room at 9.30a we had to manouver around laundry bag infront of every room door on our floor and it was a narrow hallway.
On the bright side the reception staff was very obliging and helpful.

The room was dusty, had cobwebs, bathroom neds a deep clean, carpets looked like they had not been cleaned in years, stairswells covered in dirt from shoes......not comfortable at all.
