MY FIRST EXPERIENCE - HOTEL IMG- RIO QUENTE-RUIM
with the exception of breakfast which is reasonable.
However, I do not recommend.
I ⁇ 't go back to that hotel.

IMG bad administration with dirty apartments and bad service
We had problems and our stay was postponed for 1 day. I called informing IMG. The Vacation Package was paid in full and no discount was granted. We arrived the next day and had no rooms available. They put my family in 108A. In front of the pools, on the bomb side. Sound loud until 22:00 and 5:30 the pump washing the pool area. The bed is with the headboard under the window and the clarity is right in the eyes.
Bathroom with bad shower, basic shower and water leaving p all sides.
We loved the cleanliness of the condo and the leisure area. We decided to extend our stay for another 2 days. We were looking for another manager, from the same condominium, the Primer, another quality, bed of excellent quality, cleaning, microwave, sandwich, electric oven, coffee maker.... in nothing looked like our first accommodation.
THIS IS AN APART HOTEL - AGUAS DA SERRA, HAS VARIOUS ADMINISTRATORS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IMG.

Cost benefit
Breakfast is crossing the street of the hotel and not inside the hotel, strange at first, but the location allows a very well airy place.
Go to Hot Park on foot, if you have no limitations for a steep climb .
