Revitalizing experience
Nothing short of amazing. The moment you stepped in the hotel, you could feel & smell the exclusivity. I have stayed in almost all of luxury hotels in HK, but St. Regis being on a smaller scale, does give you a unique experience. Most of the staff are very young, welcoming without being superficial or intrusive. All the personal notes during my stay made a big impression. Thanks to all the staff , especially the concierge crew- Kerry, Sky, Alex would go above and beyond to make sure you got what you need. I also had dinner at Run, as a solo diner, the whole team made sure that I had the best time & amazing meal (vegetarian with wonderfully curated wine selection) I am not a Marriott fan, but St. Regis HK will always be my go to place from now on.

Lunch at Rùn restaurant :)
We was here for my birthday celebration lunch at Rùn restaurant.
Nice selection of the wine list!
Our favorite dishes would be:
- Stir-fried vermicelli, crab, shredded pork, egg （Highly recommended!) ；
and
- Dessert Trio (also the cookies :))

Amazing hotel but with some issues of butlers
I decided to try St Regis hotel because of greatest reviews. The hotel is really nice and new but there are some issues with the level of service. Stuff is not always with a smile or you don’t feel they really wanna help you. It didn’t look like the service for one of the best hotels in the city. I didn’t feel extremely welcoming everywhere and every time. The room was super nice, so new, extremely clean. No complains at all to the condition of the room. Perfect room. It's quite specious comparing to other hotels in the city. The biggest problem of the hotel is the butlers service. Usually butlers come to the room, introducing themselves, sometimes asking if I need any help with unpacking my luggage (other St Regis hotels experience). No one came or asked any help with the luggage. Some of them don’t speak English fluently so I had misunderstanding lots of times with butlers. I would definitely mention only one butler - Oleg. He was really friendly, attentive and with a smile. He was the only one who could solve most of the issues I was facing during my stay. Thanks Oleg a lot. Other butlers are absolutely normal, nothing super nice, just average job. It doesn’t look like St Regis butler service. Gym was absolutely amazing and well equipped. The outdoor pool was fantastic, service was also great at the pool area and gym area. Breakfast was one of the best. Greatest service, delicious food, wonderful a la cart menu. Thanks to chef. In room dining was also brilliant. The housekeeping team has also been working great. So the only department to improve is BUTLERS.

Can’t wait to return the best hotel in Hong Kong
We had the most exquisite time at the St Regis. The whole hotel is gorgeous but it’s the attention and help that you get from the staff that really makes the difference. The concierge team helped us with dinner reservations ( getting us into the most amazing restaurants that were obviously fully booked but found us a table) , excursions, cars to and from the airport but also around Hong Kong and made the best recommendations as to what we should see and where we should eat. We can’t thank Sky, Karry and Ivan enough and we will definitely be back!
Whilst at the hotel we also ate at the Two Michelin Star Cantonese Restaurant’Run’ which was delicious, definitely a 2 Star Michelin , yet very friendly - a definite reason to go to the hotel . Throughout our stay ‘Real Sze’ the Director of Restaurants would ask for feedback and give advice re the champagne ceremony ( a must see that happens each day) and cocktails in an evening.
We can’t thank the staff enough and we will be back
