Excellent hotel. Beautiful and spacious interiors & rooms, good food
The hotel is very beautiful inside.
A little out of the way in terms of location, but it’s easy to get there with a taxi.
The hotel restaurant is good, although closes early in the evening. Breakfast is good too.

Overall, a good hotel with shortcomings in the minibar, breakfast and lounge.
This is not true, basic communication was possible.
The room was large, new and clean. The mattress was good and the bathroom facilities were adequate. The room had a carpeted floor (not necessarily common in China).
Unfortunately the minibar was completely empty.
I will never understand why it always has to be like this in China.
A certain basic equipment with some soft drinks, beer and wine and a few snacks could have been offered, even for a fee.
Breakfast is served in a bright, friendly room. The breakfast itself is Chinese with a small international touch. In other words, there is bread and butter, some cold cuts and (very good) coffee from European coffee machines.
The breakfast selection was too small for an international 4-star hotel.
The "lounge" was a disappointment. In the documents in the room it says that the lounge is open from 6:30 - 23:30. In fact, however, there is only service from 14:00 to 18:00. During this time there is coffee and tea with small snacks.
There were no hot dishes, which you would expect from a lounge.
There are plenty of seating areas to meet up.
Unfortunately, there is no good bar where you can meet for a drink.
The swimming pool is very large, in very good condition and comfortable.

Room was clean and spacious - highly recommended
In terms of amenities, the gym was small but adequate. They also have a Chess and Card room although the rate per hour was somewhat high.
Yinchuan is rather spaced out but even so, the location of the hotel was good. Only a short ride away from the main city center.

Ok for Yinchuan
Rather large and grand, but being ningxia, upon closer inspection or experience, is a 3-4 star affair
The suite was large but simply designed. Some of the doors don’t close properly and it was not ideal when i had to keep a giant mosquito out
The breakfast restaurant was chaotic partly due to a large group from Diageo, and the spread and quality average
We were at the lobby lounge and meeting area and staff in general were scant
