We are very pleased to learn that you enjoyed our breakfast with options also for vegetarians.
The eco-cleaning about having the room cleaned or not is just an option we are giving our guests. We just need to be informed if a guest wants the room to be cleaned and we can arrange for the cleaning already upon check in.
We hope you informed us directly at the hotel when you had trouble connecting to the wi-fi so we could help you out with this.
It would be a pleasure to welcome you back with us again another time.

Tak źle, że wyszliśmy w środku nocy
Pokój nie został odpowiednio wyczyszczony - brak worków sanitarnych w łazience, brud w wannie.
Wszystko wydawało się stare i spłynęło po pokoju.
Pozytywne - super przyjazny personel i lokalizacja w samym sercu Kopenhagi.

It really saddens us to hear you had a bad experience sleeping wise, as that is the foundation of a hotel one can argue. We hope at least, our staff tried to find a solution to these inconvinients.

Bardzo przyjazny i pomocny personel!
Hotel jest w centrum, więc wszędzie blisko. Pomyślałbym o ponownym pobycie tutaj.

Bardziej pozytywne niż negatywne, ale stracona szansa
Podłogi i korytarze były trochę jak film Błyszczący. Śniadanie było trochę rozczarowujące z kolejkami do kawy i recepcji trochę bez smaku. Dobra lokalizacja dla Tivoli, dworca centralnego i Stromget oraz niedaleko metra (niestety zamknięte do 24 stycznia)
Potrzebuję życzliwych remontów

Regarding our policy with Eco-stay it is just an option we are giving our guests. If a guest wants to have the room cleaned every day, it will be cleaned every day, we just need to be informed about this.
