Not disability friendly
But I could have used a decent chair to sit on.
It is unpleasant that as a disabled person, you are pressured to speak English when it is not your strong side-more Danish staff.
Breakfast was ring.
The room lacked coziness.

Didn’t refill coffee and toilet paper
The cleaning was not ok.
There was dirty coffee mug left and toilet paper and coffee were not been refilled.
There was contractions beside the hotel. Started at 7am so I couldn’t have my morning rest.

it sounds like your five-night stay was quite the adventure – perhaps a little too adventurous for a relaxing getaway! Louise and Sven here, from the B&B HOTEL Vejle Management Team, and we're ready to tackle your review with our usual blend of humor and seriousness.
First off, let’s address the "cleaning was not ok." We’re quite proud of our FeelCleanHeros, who usually score an 8.8 on Booking.com, so hearing about a dirty coffee mug and un-refilled supplies is a bit like finding a rogue sock in the dryer – unexpected and mildly irritating. We will address this to our team to prevent it from happening again.
We do provide a "light cleaning" to refresh the room, but we definitely aim for a spotless experience.
Please remember, we always encourage our guests to let us know immediately if something is amiss. We can't fix what we don't know about!
Now, about those "contructions beside the hotel". Yes, those early morning wake-up calls can be a real buzzkill. Unfortunately, that's one area where our superpowers are limited, as the parking and surrounding areas are not controlled by the hotel. We understand the value of a peaceful morning, especially when you're trying to catch some Z's.
As for the "noises from other rooms," well, let's just say our walls aren't made of soundproof marshmallows. We do strive for a cozy atmosphere, but sometimes, the sounds of fellow travelers can seep through.
And about our Google review score... We are still proud of our score even if it dropped a little :) We prefer thinking of it as a dynamic rating, always keeping us on our toes!
We're disappointed to hear your overall rating was lower than expected, and we sincerely hope that next time, we can provide a smoother, quieter, and cleaner stay. And perhaps, we'll invest in some soundproof marshmallows for the walls!
