Value for money - you're not expecting 5* luxury when you book a Premiere Classe. It does what it says on the tin - it's a budget friendly place to rest your head for a night. It's not the cleanest or most modern place to stay, but it's cheap and cheerful!

Horrible Run!!

HORRIBLE
First night on the ground floor noisy , smell of cannabis/herb coming from outside (door and window closed!!!) ... second night new room.... not shower gel..... and insects (which I took picture of) in the mattress....3rd night new room.... this time iso with the category of the hotel. 4th night... I find my room not made , same towels, and my meal the day before in the same place.... last breakfast so Friday 07 March... nothing more
More bread
More croissants
More cake
More glasses or mug (just cups .....
So I'm sure it's not expensive... but at least it's a place where we can sleep, have breakfast and wash ourselves decently....
Doors and windows are not even waterproof..... it has days between the buildings and the wall (bedroom 3 and 83.....)

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this budget motel. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was large and comfortable and the central heating was effective. (I was cold after a long motorcycle journey, so the warmth was very welcome)
Yes, the walls are quite thin, so you can hear outside. But this is easily remedied if you wear earplugs to sleep.
I had a great night’s rest and enjoyed the reasonably priced breakfast (extra charge) which set me up nicely for the rest of the day.

Beware there are two hotels on-site. The reception booked me into the wrong hotel. I should have been next door in the Premiere Class instead of the Campanile. Albeit they couldn’t find me on their system they checked me in. I was booked in for 2 nights. They made me move to the correct hotel bit said i had to pay for the night i stayed in the wrong hotel. Ended up paying for 3 nights. The Manager who runs both hotels refused to understand and said i had to pay. She wouldn’t give me the Customer Service number, refused to accept responsibility for her staff member checking me into the wrong hotel and i was sent packing. Didn’t stay the second night as the situation was very uncomfortable albeit i was charged for it and the Manager offered me no refund. Shame on Campanile and Premiere Classe. Checked in to B&B Hotels in the end which is streets ahead. Do not stay- building needs updating and stains on duvets. Just a horrible experience overall.

Basic motel within a couple of minutes drive of the autoroute. Friendly staff. Decent bed. Bathroom a bit cramped, but clean. Big TV on the wall. Excellent car park. Supermarket within a 5 minute walk. McDonald’s and another restaurant close by. Very good value for money.
