Horrible: dirty, noisy, unkind staff
Pension reception is more than 1km from the residence and the staff is just kind.
Forget the Breakfast or parking offered at an extra cost in the ad, nothing was possible for me.
Once arrived at the residence, very strong smell of cold tobacco, despite a nice sticker "no smoking".
The cleanliness of the studio really leaves something to be desired: excrement on the toilet seat (see photos), stains in the shower, dirty cutlery, dirty microwave... we wonder what use the €18.18 cleaning billed for one night!
Dirt on the ground, in the corners, on the sockets... to say it’s dirty is a sweet understatement.
Room amenities are in poor condition: broken shower fixture, missing furniture door, etc.
And to finish the picture: noisy at will, we unwittingly share the night Things to do with neighbors.
In short, even if not demanding, it is absolutely necessary to flee this residence and its staff.
At the same rate other Toulouse establishments are much more at the level.

As soon as we arrived on Monday morning, we wanted to drop off our bags before we had our room, the man at the reception violently replied “who told you you could do this? I don’t know who told you that” before also talking about Macron...
Once the time to take the keys, another man at the reception gives us ours and when we arrive we realize that this is not our room... a return trip later he finally gives us the right key without even apologizing for the disturbance or even being courteous.
Once in the right room we find that it was not prepared because neither shower towels nor garbage bag are there. When we call again the welcome to have towels again no excuse or even consideration of the man at the end of the phone.
Check-out was not finished disappointing us as the housekeeper was aggressive when we simply asked her 5min to pick up our things before leaving.
You should review your service because it is shameful to treat your customers like this.

The stained sheets, the dirty microwave as well as the refrigerator, the smell of cigarettes, the toilet bowl that leaves when you sit on it, the sticky floor, the cobwebs on the ceiling and so on. ..
