Simple, clean and welcoming Inn
We regret that one thing is not to try the appetizing menus of local products.
For those who want to stop by an Inn that changes major brands!

Refinement, calm and pleasure
An unmissable place where you can spend a moment of refinement, calm and pleasure... from the welcome to the decor and from the decor to the table.
The producers' menu is a delight for the eyes and taste buds... the suckling pig is tasty, tender, crispy and soft.... Local suckling pig, no offense to certain cyclists who should retrain in cafeteria cooking!!! The seasonal vegetables are cooked to perfection and the walk in the forest is worthy of a signature dessert in terms of its flavors and its visual appearance. Very nice cellar and high quality music playlist.
The attentive welcome, the cozy atmosphere of the room, the charm of the terrace whatever the season and the quiet and comfortable rooms... yes! The Auberge de l'Estanquet is an essential place to enjoy the Basque country and the banks of the Adour.... No offense to these same cyclists who should retrain in the picnic out of the bag!!!
