Brak ciepłej wody n brak personelu w recepcji do pomocy
Ale kiedy wróciliśmy z kolacji, nie ma ciepłej wody. Nieoczekiwana n moja córka skończyła drżąc n nie ma ciepłej wody o 6 rano, kiedy chciałem pokazać przed wyjazdem na mój lot 8 rano.
Ten brak ciepłej wody bez pomocy w recepcji bez wewnętrznego telefonu do pomocy oznacza brak obsługi lub pomocy, chyba że turysta jest chętny do nawiązania połączenia międzynarodowego w celu uzyskania pomocy.
Może być lepiej, jeśli w recepcji jest 24-godzinna usługa rozwiązywania problemów.
Drugą negatywną rzeczą jest walka z bagażem o masie 20 kg w górę iw dół po schodach do mieszkania na pierwszym piętrze. Brak usługi portiera.

Tat psuje nasze wrażenie i ocenę mieszkania.

Good afternoon!
Firstly, we would like to thank you for choosing our Minaret Suites & Apartments for your stay.
Further to our communication, (as we have already replied to your e-mail which was sent on the 4th of July), we are reverting, this time through TripAdvisor and we forward our response once again:
We regret to hear that we didn’t meet your expectations in certain matters.
We were very surprised to hear that there was no hot water in your apartment.
Solar collectors are used for water heating and an issue such as this had never been experienced in the past, especially during summer. As soon as we received the information from you, the solar collector was checked by our maintainer and it was found fully functional.
As your reservation was made through a very known booking engine, we thought it was clearly defined that our reception is open from 09:00 until 21:00, and a lift was not included in our facilities.
Although, as our target is all of our Guests to leave our property with the best impressions, we look forward to welcoming you in the future and we promise to do our best in order fulfill your expectations.
We thank you once again and we remain at your disposal for anything further you might require.
