A luxury holiday in Gran Canary

Lack of personal attention
The air conditioning in the gym is not functioning.
Additionally, I had a poor customer experience at this hotel. Before booking, I reached out multiple times to customer service to inquire about using the piano in one of the bars. As a professional pianist, it’s important for me to practice during my holidays. However, I never received a response.
Despite this, we decided to stay at the hotel, hoping they would allow me to use the piano during quiet hours, even for just one hour. Unfortunately, the receptionist refused. It seems the hotel is too large, with too many guests, and they don’t prioritize customer service or offer a personal touch.

An exceptional 5 star hotel
The hotel is the best in Gran Canaria due to all the hard working staff
Right from the moment we checked in until we left we were met with exemplary service. Our room was cleaned twice a day to a very high standard. The food is superb in all the restaurants with a great deal of choice to suit all tastes in the Magnolia restaurant. The Krystal and Spanish restaurants provide traditional Spanish food which is great to try.
There are a number of pools within the gardens. Two are adults only. There were plenty of sunbeds available throughout the day.
The gardens are kept immaculate by the hard working garden staff.
The entertainment at night was very good. We particularly enjoyed the Dukes band Queen tribute night.
The staff who work in the hotel are out of this world. They are always smiling and seem so happy.
A special thankyou to Felix, Manolo, Octavo, Martin,Jesus and Erika who are all absolute stars and a credit to the hotel.
We will be returning as soon as we can.
