Nothing extraordinary in this hotel
We do not recommend this hotel and we will not return. Fortunately the weather was nice

Amazing Hotel !!!!!
The food was amazing the staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble for anybody.
The only thing I felt needs to be looked at is the entertainment there is not enough on a night time which is a real shame as I came here a few years ago and it was great.

Lovely stay with family
As soon as you walk in the doors you are greeted with a beautiful smell and a very clean fresh open area ,check in we were too early so room wasnt ready but we were given our all inclusive bands and able to use the facilities as soon as we arrived.
We had a junior suite sea view for a family of 4 ,the room was spacious clean and had everything we needed including a large balcony with a stunning view. The pool areas are fantastic especially the infinity pool which we found to always be quiet and alot warmer than other pools would like to give a special mention to Manuel the lifeguard ,he was absolutely fantastic with our group the kids absolutely loved him and actually were really upset saying goodbye to him on the last day, he made our days that bit better with how friendly he was .
The animation team work very hard during day making sure all kids are involved and having fun during our stay there was an inflatable on pool, blue mat across pool twice, a trampoline inflatable and also a climbing inflatable aswell as a day that they let kids try a surf board ,both our girls age 5 and 12 joined in on activity during day.
The food I cannot fault, the snack bar during the day is absolutely perfect for kids and adults with plenty fresh food and always something for everyone, breakfast lunch and dinner again fresh food and plenty to chose, sometimes a bit repetitive but the quality of food was good so this wasn't an issue.
Drinks were fine ,what you expect from an all inclusive.
Entertainment at night was fine ,was done by animation team ,they work very hard rehearsing during day.
All in all we would return to this hotel the only 1 thing was the location as if is at the top of a massive hill ,we did walk down the 720 steps 1 day to take the boat to Puerto de mogan but didn't dare walk back up, althpugh there is a taxi rank right outside (MOST taxi drivers are very friendly) apart from that the hotel is fab staff are amazing and I would recommend to people in future
