The Rude Staff let Ozo down
Room has one UK plug socket. So make sure to pack adapters, A Tablet (as tv probably won't work) and speaker for your own entertainment. Pack Earplugs too as guests are noisy and more than likely to be stoned at stupid 'o clock whilst walking passed your room.
Staff are not very welcoming at all. Welcome desk had various staff working it on our stay and not one acknowledged us once, not even a smile.
The Chinese restaurant manager was SO rude, everyday!!!! Which made breakfast time intimating.....NOT GOOD!
...And the food wasn't very exciting either, for the price.
Only staff member that was polite and actually said 'Enjoy your stay' was an African male domestic worker who I asked for clean towels, empty our bin and more toilet roll. This was at 3.30pm.
No idea how on earth this hotel is a 4 star!
No shops around, vending machine is expensive, not near the train station, was a cold and wet walk to the nearest one.
Ozo could be, and does have the potential to be a great hotel, with modern spacious rooms and bathrooms, but it's staff let it down big time with their BAD ATTITUDE TOWARDS HOLIDAY MAKERS!!! If it wasn't for us they wouldn't have a job!!

Hotel looks picture better than really are. Staff are unfriendly expect restaurant. One day I ask towel reception. Young dark girl promise spring to towel 5min. Take more than 30min and have to go ask again. :(
Bed are good to make love, but very hard to sleep.

Short visit did the job but would not return
Room was clean and modern , but 4 star ? Not a chance.
Bar was small but nice , beer prices ridiculous though. Not surprised it was hardly used by anyone. Friday night told it was closed at 2230 when advertised until 2300. Very dissatisfied as nowhere near as an alternative.
Location ok for arenas but way too far out for the city.
The stay was ok but would not return.
