Fine stay

The stay was fine. But we had issues with check-in. The check-in time was 12 noon, and we reached there around 1 pm, but still the room wasn't ready. We had to wait for another half an hour as the guests who previously occupied the room hadn't checked out. The room was spacious and had good facilities. It is at around a kilometer distance from the railway station, but is located on top of a little steep way, so everytime while returning to the hotel, you have to climb this way, in case you're not using a cab. There is a guideline put up inside the room which states the rules and regulations, in which they have stated that they are not responsible for power outage and candles are provided. True to their word, we found used candles in the room. However, we were fortunate that we didn't have to face power outage during our stay. Washroom had good facilities. We stayed for two days, and overall experience was fine.

Not the Worst, but still bad

Booked 2 rooms for a single night stay. Rooms are okay-ish.
No toiletries supplied, not even a bar of soap
Water supply is very weak in the showers
Do not book if its not an AC room, unbearable heat
The overall hygiene of the room is not up to the mark
No Parking facility
No shops within 300m radius of the building even though the place is quite accessible from the Thampanoor Bus stand
All in all... Very unsatisfactory

NICE...

Room was nice at this price..It was very neat and clean.service was also good.Nice hotel to stay with family.But water scarecity was a real problem in rooms.Even after complaining several times the problem was not attended or solved.

Neat, Clean, Calm & Quiet Hotel near the Railway Station.

It is a good hotel. We were provided with outside room on ground floor which has no connection with hotel inside and our stay was only for a night so we could not get acquainted with in house facilities of hotel. Room was nice & clean but very small compared to furniture in the room. Bathroom was clean & nice. Hotel dose not have a restaurant. They do not have even facility or staff to serve tea/coffee from outside. Incidentally I noticed a tea/coffee maker in my room. I requested the person at reception who was only person looking at management to provide 3-4 coffee/tea bags alongwith sugar bags. But in night that was provided which served my purpose in morning. Eating houses are near on main road.

Good value for money

The location of the property is ideal. Located just next to the train station, it is easy to find places to eat. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Nothing super fancy but good value for money.
