Spacious rooms with cleanest environment
It was a good experience to stay in this hotel. I opted for superior room with garden view but they promoted my room to Suite because of their own reasons.
The location of the hotel is best. Out if the crowdy area still near to the temple.
I would give 5 star in cleaniness. The behaviour of the staff was very good and helpful. Bedsheets were clean. All the accessories in the room and washroom were perfectly placed. All the staff was well behaved and cooperative.
Food menu prices are also very pocket friendly.
Although the room prices are high but its value for money. Should try once !!

Nice stay
Excellent , it was nice stay . Staff was very cordial and mannered , food was good and hygiene was well maintained . Location is good and easy access to main areas . Rooms are big and washrooms are clean and all facilities are well managed . ………..

The best hotel in this location and category.
A four day friend's trip to Varanasi became perfect, thanks to all the care and support by everyone at Dolphin Grand hotel. They took excellent care of right from the booking process to the airport pick, drop and everything around. The hotel has an excellent travel desk being managed by Rajesh ji. He is a humble and honest person. Never tried to force us into taking any package or trip which might not interest us. They have their own cars and drivers and help you with finding a rickshaw too if needed. He agrees that their price is higher (by only a few hundred bucks) but we could see that for that price, the service, guides, drivers and overall experience is worth every penny. The food, hygiene and comfort at the hotel is amazing. Everything is given personal attention. In this area which is close to all major temples, ghats and attractions plus market too, finding this hotel was a blessing. Special mention and thanks to Rajesh ji, Tanya, our driver Rakesh, Farzaan and many many many other staff members whose name I can't recall right now!

Beat hotel in Kashi
Excellent clean hotel in the heart of Varanasi. Special mention to Aditi and Sham Khan; Aditi; Nancy and Govindji. Thanks a million for a wonderful stay. Will visit again when in Kashi. Near to Kashi Vishwanath and Manikarnika Ghat. Clean and comfortable stay. 5 star.
