Perfect Getaway for transit
When I arrived, I was greeted by security (Alan) who helped my wife and I park the car.
Entering the Lobby area, we were greeted by Reception ( Akhira ) who was very friendly and really gave the impression of welcoming us after a long journey.
When we got to the room and after a few minutes in the room we felt there were lots of mosquitoes, so we asked for spray to reduce mosquitoes. It is very helpful because the follow up duration is very fast.
In the morning when I passed the Lobby, Reception (Teguh) who was on duty, said good morning and I went straight to the Restaurant because in the morning I had to eat Double Expresso, at which time I was served by a Waiter (Sony) who was very friendly in serving. Because when I said Thank You, he answered with the words Gladly....very impressed that he wanted to serve me well.
During the check out process, I was given a souvenir which was very impressive.
The Fieris Hotel is very strategic because it is near the airport and close to the toll gate and also provides airport drop-off services. And overall this hotel is very good in terms of service.
Some shortcomings that I can give and could be improved in the future are mosquitoes in the rooms, the WiFi is also not good, the lobby toilet also doesn't smell good, the car for delivering guests must always look clean inside and out because it has the Fieris Hotel logo and it really reflects it. . A new hotel where there will be many improvements that can be improved.
