Very nice hotel, but the lift stops at floor 4 every time! Annoying!
The elevator stops at floor 4 every time! Floor 4 is reception, but the staff doesn’t pay any attention to the lift, they are either not at the desk or looking down not paying attention. Staying there 4 nights and using the lift a few times a day, it gets very annoying.
The breakfast is average and the coffee is not good, I mean it’s terrible. Luckily there are a few coffee shops close but including Starbucks at the bottom of the hotel.
It’s in a convenient location, the hotel is very nice but the elevator stopping has turned me off. The staff are ok, not overly attentive in the breakfast dining room and we were basically ignored during checkout as it’s done at a machine. The staff were there and no other guests, but zero acknowledgement of us being there at all
