Lovely stay and a great h/motel considering the price point. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating to find a room I would find quiet. And wonderfully quiet it was indeed - no traffic noise, no elevator sounds, no piping sounds, no sounds from adjacent rooms! Breakfast used real plates, not one-time usage. Kids liked the pancake machine and the fruit. Pool was a hit with the kids. The jacuzzi was warm but didn't work otherwise. As a detail, I loved the todo list style papers and pens - a small thing that kept me away from my phone during the night and morning, as I could log all thoughts the traditional way.

Check in was very good. Breakfast was good. Pool was in rough shape. Quality of room was poor. Bathroom door was broken. Air gaps around the outside door, letting cold air in, as well as the hallway door, letting extra noise and light in. Tile in bathroom was unfinished and cracked around the edges.

The hotel was very clean, as was our room. Friendly staff at the front desk. We were on the main floor, next to the front desk. I don't know exactly where the dog was, but it barked periodicaly through the night, in particular somewhere around 3 am it decided to have a little bark fest, so a bit of a disturbed sleep. The walls are paper thin too. I could hear the person(s) in the room beside ours snoring and/or talking. I'm sure they would've heard us too, not that any of us/them were being noisy, just that you could hear them talking and also people(s) at the front desk. The beds were comfortable enough. Good shower, clean bathroom. My granddaughter used the pool and said it was ok. Continental breakfast was ok. Toast, coffee/tea, HB egg, cereals, yogurt, fruit juice. I did see some guys trying to use the pancake machine but they seem to be having trouble. Not much of a choice of fresh fruit. I would have liked to have had a choice of muffins, but nothing other than bread to make toast. Over-all, it was a pretty good stay. Pretty good value for the price!

Room was clean. 2 stars go to room only. ZERO stars for the rest.
Hotel is very loud at night. Children running around, screaming and management do nothing. Walls are too thin…. I could hear my neighbours TV at night.
Breakfast is really bad compared to holiday inn, home2, and others similar.
I would stay at holiday inn or home2 instead.
