Nice All-Inclusive hotel directly at the beach, in walking distance to the Cancun tourism center.
Good value for money, nice hotel room, good pool, very nice spacious beach area, tasty food in the buffet restaurant, the pizza restaurant and also in the 3rd restaurant. The buffet restaurant is too small for the hotel size but you get used to it. The gym is better than nothing but very small.
All in all the hotel is recomendable.

We went to Cancun to end our honeymoon. We were greeted with a massive smile from all the hotel staff. Merary kindly checked us in. She saw we were on our honeymoon and very kindly upgraded us to an incredible room with the swim up pool. The room was stunning. We could chill in the pool whilst facing the beach. Not only did we get an upgrade we arrived at our room which had been decorated with balloons on the bed and the word love written with ribbon. We were also given a little cake too. The staff for our whole stay could not do enough for us. The food and drink options available were amazing! So much choice for both. The bar at night could have maybe done with another member of staff serving as we were waiting a long time for drinks but was worth it. The location of the hotel is perfect for the beach but also being so close to many other restaurants and bars in La Isla. Would 100% recommend this hotel.

We will absolutely come back. The staff was great, their service was fantastic. The whole resort was clean, all of the staff was constantly cleaning and making it look nice. The food was good. The only thing I was disappointed about was not getting to try Alberto’s. For that you had to make a reservation between the hours of 3-5 the day prior. We were always out and about and never got the chance to do so.
But other than that no complaints. A super nice resort.

The room had the ‘Laguna view’, which means that it was just above a busy road, and consequently, very noisy. It was impossible to use the balcony to relax because of the noise.

Our overall stay was good. The staff was excellent and service minded and no complaint can be made on that behalf. The quality of the hotel was however outdated and had issues. We had a oceanfront room. The view was beautiful and breathtaking. But because the door was poorly insolated, we couldn’t sleep without noise cancelling headphones. Food was fine. Whenever you chose something local it was really good.
Overall we had a nice experience, but with issues due to the fact that the hotel needed a modernisation.
