Please inform Hygate Motor Lodge of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of NZD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that this hotel has a strict "No Party Policy". Restrictions are placed on the number of guests and/or visitors in each room. Any violation of this policy will result in eviction from the property and additional cleaning fees will be charged. Please note that at Hygate motor lodge we also accommodate guests from the social housing department, for e.g. MSD department; we do have 24-hour in-house staff staying at motel premises for any help required.
