Please inform Mount Backpackers of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of NZD 40 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. For group bookings greater than 5 please contact the property directly, or we deserve the right to cancel the booking. From December 15th we require all staff and guests to be fully vaccinated. Please be sure to have your valid ID and NZ Vaccine Pass ready on arrival, as our staff will verify using the NZ government verification app upon check-in. If you do not have a vaccination passport, and valid ID, your booking will be canceled and the normal cancelation policy will apply (we require a full 24 hours notice - except for peak periods December 24 - January 10 when we ask for 48 hours notice)
