DISAPPOINTING
The staff was friendly and welcoming and the price paid was modest.
General cleaning acceptable.
The common areas (excluding the reception which seems to be new) are absolutely neglected, in the huge corridors were abandoned cots, scrap furniture and cleaning material.
The room where we had breakfast has pieces of plaster and falling ceiling and the breakfast then (despite there being a restaurant attached to the hotel) is really low quality.
Finally, the bathrooms attached to the rooms (not elegant but still spacious) really need a lot of renovation work, everywhere there is limestone encrusted and cracks between the tiles.
In the end I would not recommend it.

excellent value for money
Convenient parking and gas station right next to the property.
Room and bathroom very large and clean.
Good breakfast although improveable by adding some sweet options.
Very kind staff, very affordable price.
In the same building there is also a restaurant of the same name, which serves excellent Indian and Chinese cuisine at a more than fair price.
The decor is a bit spartan and the fixtures do not soundproof the noise coming from the street well... but considering the price of the hotel you can turn a blind eye.
