Nice stay in Anchorage

The location is great. There’s a Circle K gas station across the street as well as a Buffalo Wild Wings. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing. The kids loved every moment of it. The only negative was our room wasn’t ready even after check-in time.

clean room, but better options in the area and billing issues

Hotel was clean but the room was smaller than other big chain hotels in the area offering rooms for similar prices. Next trip I will stay elsewhere in the vicinity. Had an unauthorized charge on my bill and attempted to contact an ultimately left messages 3 times for billing manager, 2 times for general manager and one time for Marriott corporate billing office but did not receive a return call or email from any. Ultimately had to dispute the charge to credit card company.

High chances of pool issues!

We book this hotel simply for the pool, we love the design and that its toddler friendly. But this is the third time the pool is unavailable for more than half our stay. No compensation given upon complaints. Only booked for the pool honestly.

Standard for Brand

True to form Aloft is a clean modern hotel. It was pretty busy when I checked in. If you've stayed at an Aloft you know the standard. Room was clean. But...this time the bed was super hard. I am booked here for 7 days for work and thinking about changing hotels. Going to see if they have another room first. Everything else is nice.

Pobyt: lut 2025

Clean room on the small side (200 sq. ft.) Bed was comfortable.
We did get random whiffs of an odor and we were not sure where it was coming from.
Enjoyed the pool and hot tub 9-11 pm is for adults only.
