Great front desk staff. Great lobby, nice pool. The room was clean with the exception of a stain in the carpet. They are pet friendly, but I wish they would've provided an area to take your pet potty, or at least, clean up bags with designated garbage can. We will definitely stay again.

Stayed there overnight to attend a sporting event and wanted a larger suite to do some work the next day. The room smelled like dogs, there was no hair dryer (a basic I haven’t seen a hotel without for 10 years+) and in general it seemed run down.

NEVER AGAIN

Our room was dirty, walking on the carpet I stepped on something so carpet was not vacuumed for a start, the floors in the bathroom were dirty and sticky, the bathtub had a ring around it and the tile around the tub was also dirty, the mirror in the bathroom was all cloudy I had to clean it so we could see ourselves the sink kept holding water as the drain was very slow moving, the bed was so uncomfortable I thought we were laying on an ironing board, we went out came back no fresh towels no bed made then I was informed we had to tell them if we wanted someone to come in and clean our room, the best thing was the breakfast they offered it was very good, IF EVER I stay at a Best Western again no, I will never stay at one again corporate needs to be more involved in how there run.

Do Not Trust Management at This Hotel They will Rip You Off

We cancelled our reservation, but they did not follow through. We double-checked the day before the stay and they still had not cancelled the room and were refusing to do so. They also told us we will be charged the full room rate plus a penalty. This hotel has very sleazy management. Do not trust them and go somewhere else.

Good service

The staff was nice,the breakfast was awesome, I enjoyed the eggs and bagels they have a nice hot chocolate machine that my kids loved. The pool was out of order the first night there. They do allow pets so expect a flea or 2. I killed a couple gnats as well.
