Świetna lokalizacja
Hotel Hyatt Regency w centrum Denver znajduje się w doskonałej lokalizacji dla centrum kongresowego, teatru i centrum handlowego przy 16 ulicy.
Pokoje są przestronne i wygodne z suszarką do włosów, żelazkiem, sejfem, lodówką, telewizorem i Wi-Fi. Łóżka są wygodne i mają po 4 poduszki oraz dodatki w razie potrzeby. W łazience jest dużo ręczników, a prysznic zapewnia dobrą wysokość strumienia i regulowaną temperaturę, aby zadowolić miłośników ekstremalnych upałów!
Obsługa pokoju jest bardzo dobra, ale w okresach intensywnego jedzenia może trochę potrwać.
Strzeż się płacenia za uaktualnioną ofertę Wi-Fi po zalogowaniu się do bezpłatnego Wi-Fi. Z naszego doświadczenia wynika, że aktualizacja - która powinna obejmować dostęp WSZYSTKICH urządzeń - nie dostarczyła żadnych informacji na temat uzyskania dostępu do tych urządzeń. Personel recepcji, z którym rozmawialiśmy, nie był w stanie nam pomóc.
Wszystkie posiłki, które jedliśmy (w środku), jadalnia i jedzenie w barze były smaczne i dobrze zaprezentowane. Trochę drogo, ale tego można się spodziewać w hotelu! Istnieją jednak lokalnie bardzo niedrogie restauracje i restauracje, które oferują niedrogie menu dla tych, którzy wolą nie płacić cen hotelowych.

Refreshed and Hospitable
Wow! The refreshed room is so beautiful and cozy! The built ins are perfect for a traveler who plans to stay a few days. I didn’t expect an updated room but it was a nice surprise! Also, the hospitality was superb! We even enjoyed dinner at the restaurant on the lobby floor; which is rare for us.

Not a 4-star hotel in my opinion
I would rate this hotel closer to 3.5 stars rather than 4. While the staff overall were kind and welcoming, the quality of the room I stayed in was below average compared to other 4-star hotels I’ve visited.
One significant issue I encountered was with the room service. Unfortunately, the restaurant staff had difficulty communicating in English, which led to a serious misunderstanding. I ordered food to be delivered to my room before an important meeting, and although the staff member confirmed my request, it never arrived until I called again—by then, I had already missed the meeting.
I strongly believe in offering opportunities to everyone, but it’s also important to ensure that staff are placed in roles where they can perform effectively, especially in a hotel catering to international guests. Communication is key in hospitality, and miscommunication should never result in a guest missing an important engagement.
That said, I appreciated the breakfast service and found it to be well-organized and enjoyable.

Great Service!
I had a great view and really enjoyed the convenience of the hotel location as well as the front entrance always having someone there to assist you even late at night. I also loved the gym, pool, and hot tub options! The gym was very clean and had the perfect amount of machines. The keycards to the elevators were the only hiccup they seem to work and not work at times but maybe I just didn't understand how to use them.

Epic Hot tub!
We always book this hotel for special occasions because it has a rooftop hot tub! This occasion was for my husband’s birthday and we enjoyed a great dinner followed up by a nightime hot tub! The buffet breakfast was awesome but the best part was a morning hot tub with a delicious coffee from the lobby coffee bar! So relaxing!
