At 1AM, we were awoken by a tow truck delivering a guest car. This kind of stuff does not happen when a motel has an actual onsite manager. Cheap skate hotel owners need to disclose the lack of staff ahead of time so that we can avoid this type of hotel.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. Guests must provide own credit card which matches name of reservation when checking in.
