Weekendowy wypad
Zawsze jestem w tym miejscu, kiedy jestem na Florydzie, 3 do 4 razy w roku. Pani Hope, dyrektor generalny jest niesamowita, sprawiła, że czułem się mile widziany, kiedy dotarłem na miejsce o 6 rano, (od mojego opóźnienia lotu o 8 godzin), wciąż miała wspaniały uśmiech na twarzy. Jej poziom profesjonalizmu w połączeniu z życzliwością naprawdę rozgrzały moje serce i sprawiły, że chcę wrócić. Ten hotel ma świetny personel dookoła, bez względu na to, kto jest w recepcji, w sali śniadaniowej, personel sprzątający i wszyscy inni pracownicy, zawsze witani są ciepłem i zaraźliwym uśmiechem. Na pewno wrócę w grudniu. Trzymaj swój piękny uśmiech, idąc Miss Hope:)

Jak Marriott może kojarzyć się z tym hotelem?
Najpierw jeden pro: ludzie, którzy pracowali w tym hotelu byli bardzo przyjaźni i mili.
Teraz minusy: Jako dożywotni członek Titanium przebywam w Marriott i oddziałach na całym świecie i oczekuję pewnego poziomu czystości i konsekwencji. Wracaliśmy z domu w Fort Myers, aby zobaczyć program, a ja wykorzystałem 25 000 w tym hotelu, zamiast spalić 40 000 w innym. WIELKI BŁĄD. Ten hotel to nurkowanie. Znajduje się na terenie parku przemysłowego, wokół którego naprawdę nic nie ma. Sam hotel przeniósł mnie z powrotem do naprawdę źle utrzymanego hotelu Holiday Inn z lat siedemdziesiątych. Małe lobby, ciemne korytarze i pokój były naprawdę obrzydliwe. Mały z łóżkiem typu queen dla nas dwojga, korytarz, a zwłaszcza pokój naprawdę śmierdziało. Nie wiem, prawie jak stęchły zapach zwierzaka pokryty środkiem dezynfekującym; fuj! W pokoju było ciemno, a mała kuchnia miała lodówkę, która brzęczała bardzo głośno, tak głośno, że wstałem i wyciągnąłem ją ze ściany i wyłączyłem z gniazdka. Dywan również wyglądał obrzydliwie. To nie był mój pomysł na miły wieczór. Poszliśmy na fajny obiad i świetny występ i wróciliśmy o 23:00. Na szczęście wziąłem tabletkę nasenną, żeby szybko zasnąć, wstać i wyjść do domu.
MARRIOTT, nie sprawdzasz tych właściwości? Jestem naprawdę zaskoczony, że wysadziłem 25 000 w tak okropnej nieruchomości. Nauczyłem się tutaj mojej lekcji. Żyj i ucz się.

The Hotel is on schedule this summer to undergo a renovation of all guest rooms and public areas and should be completed by this same time next year.

Okropnie jak na Marriott
Rozczarowujące, jak na budynek Marriott, nie jest dobrze utrzymany, pokój pachniał moczem i brudem, w tym pokoje wymagające konserwacji. To wymaga gruntownego przeglądu.
Przypomniał mi o motelu 6.
Jest to pierwszy hotel o nazwie Marriott, w którym się zatrzymałem, i to, moim zdaniem, nie spełnia standardów Marriott.
Trzymaj się z dala, wiele innych hoteli w pobliżu.

Wygląda uroczo, ale nie.
Znajomy, który mieszka w pobliżu, polecił ten hotel. Kiedy podjeżdżasz, wygląda to dość osobliwie, ale po wizycie w dwóch różnych pokojach - jednym pachnącym pleśnią i innych chemikaliach - sprawdziliśmy. Personel był bardzo przyjazny, ale pokoje wymagają aktualizacji i dezynfekcji.

Wymaga renowacji
Pozytywy to personel i wielkość apartamentu z jedną sypialnią. Jednak cały hotel wymaga poważnej aktualizacji. Śniadanie jest odpowiednie, ale wielkość jadalni jest mała.
Jeśli ktoś próbuje wejść do hotelu na W. Prospect Rd. od wschodu idź trochę dalej i zawróć.
Chciałbym wrócić do tego hotelu tylko w celowniku.
