I have stayed her several times prior to this stay. I can stay the rooms can use a touch-up-makeover to give that home away from home feeling. The receptionist Ms. Jade ROCKS-excellent customer service. She treated every guest like she knew them personally and loved her job. DO IT JADE!

2nd time staying at this hotel and my stay was good. Quiet area. Breakfast was good your usual waffles, eggs, sausage, and other items.

This morning I spoke with Britannia who might I add is a breath of fresh air. she is polite helpful and very accommodating she is an asset to your operation. We booked our stay here for an event we will attend this evening. We booked this hotel as it boasted very nice rooms at a reasonable price. By looking at the photos on hotels.com I assumed we would get what we saw on the website. Which by looking at the photos looks clean and accommodating how ever we got to our room and realized it didn't quite look like we had expected. We had to leave for a dinner event so didn't get to talk with the staff last night. But the Room at first glance seemed ok but then I on closer inspection I noticed things that I feel should be automatically taken care of if the rooms are being cleaned properly. The lamps on the nightstand are rusted, the chair in the room is very dirty I wouldn't want to even sit in it, the shower pan is dirty and mildewed. There was a ring inside the toilet that I feel even a brush around the bowl with a toilet brush would have taken care of. Another thing which I feel was rather disturbing is when I took my shower the steam left a disgusting message on the shower door which had the glass been cleaned properly would not have been left behind. I want to be clear I'm not one to complain and can live with a few things not being as expected but I have to say there is a great deal of room for much improvement. I am attaching pictures as I do not to repeat what was there

Lobby clean and welcoming, friendly staff. Elevator clean. Room is clean and smells nice. Bed is soft for my liking but it’s nice. Shower 👍👍 ( no tub TG). Someone swiped the coffee maker but it has microwave and refrigerator and hair dryer. Breakfast was also good. Will definitely come back 👍👍

The service desk person who checked me in was great Overall the room was good. There was a missing light bulb in one of the lamps. And a short on the other. The breakfast offered was very simple. The coffee was not as hot as I would have liked. And there were no napkins in the area to be found. I think that having the service desk person as the only visible employee did not provide as much service as needed for a Saturday morning when there were families traveling.
