Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Elevator enhancements are underway through July 2026. Up to two elevators will be closed at a time during each building’s renovation. From September 2025, through approximately May 2026 the Town of Hilton Head Island will complete a Beach Renourishment Project to restore eroded beach areas. The North area amenities such as North Pool, Tot Pool, North Outdoor Spas, Fire Pits and restrooms will be closed March 24-April 10 2025 for refurbishment. All other resort pools and amenities to remain open. Expect workers/related noise daily from 8 am-5 pm. The resort is undergoing a building facade project renovation through April 30, 2025.
Guests must provide own credit card which matches name of reservation when checking in. The hotel will pre-authorize your card and the pre-authorization will be released if there are no extra charges or damage to the room when checking out.
