Only complaint is we didn’t get top floor that we requested. We didn’t get to enjoy the nice little balcony since it looked out to a parking lot. That’s the only reason why it’s not a 5 star.

The biggest issue for me was the mattress. It was extremely firm, to the point of being uncomfortable. If you prefer a soft or even medium-firm bed, this might not be the place for you. I woke up feeling stiff, which isn’t ideal when traveling.
On the positive side, the hotel had friendly staff, in a decent location. However, if comfort and spotless cleanliness are top priorities, you might want to consider other options.

Not so good; This hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate miles from anything. The trucks were hooting at 4am. Views from balcony overlooking storage depot was awful.
Unhappy: The noise from the other rooms air con was deafening - I complained and no one cared.
Being asked to leave a security deposit was a shock - as a gold hotels.com customer I hope there is some trust..
Elevators were the slowest I’ve experienced - plus apparently only one working.
