Your feedback is important to us and will be used as we work to provide an excellent experience for all of our guests. As part of our remodeling process, we are getting all new mattress and carpeting in each of our guest rooms. I hope that you will give us another chance and stay with us again in the future.

As the sign states in the lobby area, our hotel is still under renovations, which includes new bedding in the guest rooms and new carpet throughout the entire hotel. I hope that you will give us another chance and stay with us again once our remodeling process is complete.

Ale dywan jest brudny. Drewniane okładziny brakuje w kilka miejsc w hali.
Pierwszy pokój pachniał mokre, ale drugi był w porządku.
To miejsce nie zostało utrzymane. Prawdopodobnie użyliśmy spychacza więcej niż aktualizacja.

On behalf of our entire hotel, I'd like to apologize for failing to meet your expectations. As the sign in the lobby states, we are under a complete renovation. This includes new carpet, mattresses, A/C units, trim, etc. I appreciate you staying with us and I hope that you will give us another chance and stay with us again once our remodel is complete.
