This Hotel was fantastic, rooms are excellent and super easy to walk to grab a bite and enjoy events at the Arena One.

No pillow cases on the pillow. No cups in the room for coffee or drink. Overpriced. I get it tho. Jack up the rates for a show at Golden One Center. It is walking distance to food and the venue. It’s a small room for a pricey hotel.

place was fine, good location. We called twice for bedding for the pull out couch and soap in the bathroom, when they brought bedding all they left was sheets......

Our stay was good. Hotel was really nice. Super clean and the staff was great despite a few issues. When I booked this room it stated there was a sofa bed. There were 4 of us and 1 king size bed when we arrived. The floor had just been cleaned and my mom almost slipped and fell. My dad was near by and able to help her stay up. I contacted the front desk and the gentlemen stated there were no rooms with two beds available. I wasn’t quite sure what we were gonna do as there were no rollaway beds or anywhere for us to lay. I went downstairs and he was very accommodating and said that we would have a new room upon our returned from our event, which was at the golden1. he would have a room ready for us, and that they would make the switch from our current room to the new room. Upon arrival the room was ready however they had not moved our stuff like they said. We then had to get our stuff and move it just one floor up no big deal once we arrived. Everything was fine minus the fact that the TV did not work so we sat there for a few hours pretty much on our phones as it was too late for us to leave to go anywhere. He did try to come in and fix the TV however had no luck. Other than these mishaps, I would’ve given it a five star.

Nice place, good service, very comfortable bedding. Some train noise. Parking paid in underground lot a bit of a hassle. Location a bit unsettling at night for this sports mom with a teen girl.
