Wedding Booking Made Easy

I had a block of rooms saved for my wedding and could not have been happier. Angela was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. Parking was easy and breakfast with Liz was always comfortable and friendly. One of my guests had an issue with the blinds in their room. Before they could blink the front desk had already arranged another room for them and brought key cards up. Then they immediately proceeded to help move the luggage to the new room for them. My family was impressed.

Good enough for what I needed

The building was fine. The rooms were fairly clean although a couple of things could have been better. That was not a deal breaker. There was no hot water one of the mornings, so that was disappointing. I stayed 2 nights to be in the area for appointments, and I didn't want to have to drive in the snow. The parking garage was attached to the hotel on the left of the front of the hotel (lower two levels of Euclid parking lot). We were confused and parked on Euclid level 4 which would have been $16 per night vs. the hotel advertised $15 per night on the hotel levels for parking. Often when you have appointments at Barnes Jewish or Siteman Cancer Center, they give you a parking discount (in my case fully covered for one of them). In the end the 100% off coupon from one of my appointments covered the full $32 dollars and even the %50 off coupon from my other appointment would have been a better price than paying $15 a night through the hotel. When I booked the room on the reservation line, they struggled to find the Barnes Jewish Patient rate so it took longer. The hotel is connected to multiple parking garages and several Barnes Jewish/Washington University/Siteman Cancer Center buildings through Sky bridges (map online or get one at medical facilities).

This was pretty bad. 206 dollars total . My room had a big hair on the toilet . The ceiling was peeling and cracking above the shower . There was lots of pink soap scum in shower . The bed bases had long drip stains coming from under the mattress on both beds You will see the pics . I also only wanted a king bed . Got two queens . The cable was out so no television . It was quiet and after lots of Lysol I was able to rest peacefully . I don’t complain but others should be aware before spending that much money . I hope the other rooms are better .

When visiting the medical center in downtown St. Louis, this hotel is very convenient. Located to many of the facilities with easy parking and walking to most locations. The rooms have been updated. The beds are comfortable and clean. They do offer for breakfast in the lobby.

Very good place to stay for visiting person in the hospital. So convenient! It’s a high traffic hotel, so things are in good condition but a bit worn. Hotel smells of powerful cleaning chemicals…so it’s clean, but not a pleasant smell.
You will pay for parking!!
