WŁAŚCICIEL JEST Żartem
Zatrzymaliśmy się w penyos wiele razy. To jest bardzo taryfy z miasta, ale w porządku dla nas, jak pracowaliśmy w okolicy. Personel jest w porządku, ale mówi bardzo słabo po angielsku po 9 PM zero angielski. Powodem 1 gwiazdki jest właściciel Pete i sposób, w jaki robi interesy. Cześć, lubię kłócić się z nami jako klientami i sprawić, że czujemy, że tak naprawdę nas tam nie ma. Pewnego razu poprosił nawet kobietę, żeby przyszła do naszego pokoju z kartą kredytową, prosząc nas o zapłacenie za pokój, mimo że powiedziałem mu, że pracuję i niedługo przyjadę.
Aby to ukoronować, sprzątający osobisty stolderował moje perfumy o wartości 150 dolarów!

Just to wrap up on what happened shortly.
Nichlas and his partner stayed with us quite a few weeks.
He asked for more discounted if he booked directly, not through OTAs, we gave him 10%, he asked for more, I gave him 15%, he asked even more, I gave him 20% as a final offer, but with only one compulsory rule that is to pay prior staying.
Nichlas keeps saying that the hotel cannot argue with customers but to listen.
At all time, he refused to pay before staying, lots of times happened.
For the last time, he wanted us to show the room in another building as the normal room he prefers was occupied. We showed the room, but when the staff and him went down to reception (for finalizing the payment), he grabbed the key and went out of building without making a payment. I texted him before he came back to ask for making a payment, he refused and just went to the room without notifying anyone.
He claimed that the perfume was stolen, but our staff said there was no perfume in the room at the first place, I completely checked everything and did all the property searching, nothing found. I also informed him that he could possibly report to the police.
The last day before checking out, during the room inspection, he was a bit using high voice tone to our reception to make things fast as he said he was in a hurry. However, 5 minutes after that, he went to our coffee shop and did some flirting to our staff as well as some harassment.

The staff are wonderful the location is a little problematic as there are only taxi sand the nearest station is laksong which is 4 km there are buses of course , if you miss the last sky train it's challenging to get to the hotel for a reasonable price , but with that I would still come to this part of Bangkok but it is not central for people that have not been to Bangkok before. There is a great food market out on the Phet Kasem road and a good sized fridge but no restaurants near by that serve a western breakfast so it's all Thai breakfast , lunch and dinner which to experience this then it's perfect.
The property gave a lot more but a fair price for the location a good stop over for this part of Bangkok , but if using public transport and not private transfer it is challenging but doable .
We will use this property again for sure

Horror Hotel , Horror Room
A run down horror hotel. Pictures do not correspond to reality. After the first night I had to leave the hotel, forced to stay overnight, booked for three weeks, had to look for new accommodation. Be careful, all pictures are fraudulent deception. The reality is different. Dirt, rust, water stains on the ceiling of the elevator room, more like a hostel from the 16th century. Bathroom is moldy, tiles are falling off everywhere in the bathroom, rust and broken drain by the pool is a sight to cry on. Plastic panes secured with tape. Hotel restaurant tables covered in bulky waste or garbage. For not spending three weeks, the apartment refuses to refund the price of the room for 20 nights. See pictures.

Great property, great prices, the only reason I deducted a star was the mattress was very hard. Not very comfy for my liking. Apart from that everything was exceptional. Great staff, great pool and gym.
