This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Swimming pool #1: Closed from Fri, Oct 25, 2024 until Sat, Apr 12, 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. Electricity, water and gas are included. You can bring your own towels or rent them on site. Wi-fi is only available in common areas. The cleaning fee does not include the kitchenette area. Check-in is from 17:00 to 20:00. In case of arrivals before 13:00 (from 13:00 until 17:00 the reception office will be closed), an early check-in can be requested contacting the reception office. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated by all guests at the confirmation of booking and then they must contact the reception office to arrange the collection of the keys. Without prior communication, check-in is not guaranteed and an additional fee of € 50,00 may be charged as a penalty for check-ins from 20:00 to 22:00; all check-ins after 22:00 will be charged a mandatory fee of € 50,00.
