Perfect ❣️

Thanks for Mr. Zeynel’s interest and concern. Everything was perfect. We had the perfect time. Due to the overall structure of the Mardin, there were some staircase, which you’ll see as soon as you’ve started touring the Mardin..If you’re coming to the Mardin, you have to take a walk.The terrace had a free hot drink. I have nothing to say about the view, it was legendary.

We just walked into the hotel through the ugly alleyways. There's a toilet on the left entrance, no lamps burning, no soaps, and you go upstairs right across the ugly stairs. Rooms smell old-fashioned. We said we can't stay when we see the hotel.

Great

We were very pleased, the cleanliness of our room was very good, the staff were very attentive, our view was wonderful, the room has full wifi, I have not seen internet in many hotels, the TV has Netflix etc., what more can I say, thank you, Zerzevan Hotel…..

Terrible service

The room on the photo is actually one that should not be offered to guests at all. There's no ventilation in the bathroom and all the steam piles up into the room. Its only connection to the outer world is half a small window which opens into the hotel corridor, so actually no air can penetrate the room. Plus, the room is right next to reception desk, so forget you can sleep at all. I heard all the videos the night porter watched on his phone, all calls he had with whoever, and the stationary phone kept ringing in the night.
PLUS, they don't speak any English and I suspect they use this as an excuse for the terrible service. They made us pay for 2 nights despite the fact we stayed only one; when we asked them to change the room they said (via Google Translate) they couldn't as we already "used" it, and when we insisted, they lied the hotel was full - which I saw with my own eyes was not true.
In two words, find another hotel in Mardin.
