Great welcome, hotel in an optimal position to move on the hills piacentini .. satisfactory breakfast and manager very disponibile..consigliato.Se I should be in the area I stop more than willingly ancora..vamo could keep with us the dog of 5 kg ..

Excellent point of reference, comfortable and guaranteed

Hotel located near the Fiorenzuola D'Arda exit and practically attached to the small center of Roveleto, on the Via Emilia. Convenient private parking, well-structured rooms, comfortable and, given how cold it was, very warm. Wonderfully courteous staff; Mr. Stefano also left us the keys to the main door, allowing us to return at a completely nighttime time. He also allowed us to leave the room more than 1 hour after the scheduled check out and, given the time, even though breakfast was finished, he allowed us to have breakfast after hours. Sincerely, a beautiful courtesy. We felt at home for 3 days and discovered an excellent point of reference for all the times we return to Piacenza

Greedy owner

5 m after i make a reservation through booking, which showed to me the hotel was at a 3,9km distance, i realized through google maps that the driving distance was 40km. I called the hotel at 2253 (before the check in close) and said that there was a mistake. I was on the highway. The receptionist's (owner?) English was very poor and only understood the word 'cancellation'. He hang off abruptly and charged 65€ for the cancellation.
