Idealna pozycja
Jedzenie w restauracji było zawsze pyszne włoskiej kuchni, podawane do naszego stołu i zawsze wystarczające. Ponownie personel restauracji był bardzo wydajny i zawsze dobrze się bawił.
Nie korzystaliśmy ze spa, więc obawiam się, że nie mogę komentować tej części hotelu, ale zrobiła to inna podróżniczka i bardzo jej się podobało.

We would like to thank you for your time in writting this review about our hotel and are pleased that at least the strategic location of our hotelk was up to your expectations.
We are sorry to hear that some other aspects of your stay were not completely of your liking and therfore would like to give you some extra information in order to fully understand your comments.
We are sorry to learn that you think that the hotel is old which has cought us by surprise since it was built in 2006 and the wing where you had the room was open only in 2010 so we do not really understand your comments.
The buffet style breakfast offers a buffet style service where the guests help themselves with the fod indipendently and are very sorry to hear that from your point of view our 3 waitresses were not enough considering that in the week you have satayed with us we have reached a maximum number of only 50 guests.
With regard to your booking you have chosen the Junior Suite Deluxe Spa room which is a modern style bedroom of about 20 sqm with a cabin of Turkish bath for the exclusive use of the guests with no balcony and the view of the back. The view is either of another building or a tree or a parking but not the lake view as described by us on numerous web sites that offer our hotel - we are trully sorry if you missed our the description of this room on the web site or on the mail we have sent to you or upon arrival in hotel.
The only rooms that offer a lake view are the Superior rooms which are a modern type of rooms of about 20 - 30sqm with a large balcony and the view of the lake that can either be full (on the first floor) or restriced (1st of 3rd floor room).
The Superior rooms situated on the first floor have a fantastic lake view and a large balcony and between us and the lake there is the road as you have written but we must say that Lovere itself is not a large citty like New York and there may be a certain amount of noise but seriously doubt, seeing the revius, of other guests who have actually used these rooms, that the noise is as you belive it may be having not stayed in this room. When we have a guests who want this type of room but is a light sleeper we do offer the Superior rooms that are situated ion the third floor that offer a restrioced view of the lake but are away from the road.

Modernistyczny hotel w bardzo dogodnym miejscu
Urocza restauracja na dachu ze spektakularnym widokiem na jezioro. Ogólnie bardzo udany pobyt.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your time in providng us your evaluation.
We are delighted to hear you have appreciated the helpful staff, the generous size of rooms and the position of our hotel right by the lake and near the center of the town. We are sorry to hear you did not fully appreciate our modern rooms and breakfast. We normally serve boiled eggs
scrumbled eggs, bacon, frankfurters, salami, homemade boiled and raw ham, 4 different types of bread, different type of cheese, vegetables, fresh fruit, fruit salad, fruit in syrup, chocolate cream, honey, different type of jam, marmelade, different type of croissants, different type of homemade cakes, different type of yoghurt etc. Upon request and a small supplement the guests can order the omellete with a feeling of his choice, fried eggs or bacon or ham and eggs. We are sorry if our selection of food was not of your liking and would love to hear from you what exactly you would have wanted but was nor availble on our buffet breakfast since we would like to improve where possibile listening carefully to our guests as yourself.
