Disorganized
Disorganized. Decent structure cleaning also. Staff ragged and very disorganized. I booked at the weekend with my family and the first surprise a nice notice of two shifts of lunch and dinner .. of the hospital time type. Then I ask for a remote control of the TV the owner as she takes me to the room repeats “you steal the remote controls the dogs of the antenna the batteries the towels “ feeling offended. Corridors organized as a place of recreation for children and rest becomes truly a dream. Buffet restaurant with good food but listless waiters

We had asked and paid for a quadruple room and were given a room for three people, small, with a double bed and a bunk bed with pierced sheets, some lights not working without curtains, TV not working dirty balcony, door entrance room that does not close (in fact someone at night accidentally opened the door). To our request why they had given us a triple rather than a quadruple, at reception they replied that they were no longer available.
Unorganized restaurant bad food.
A nightmare.

Un weekend top
We spent a wonderful weekend from 20 to 22 December 2024 at the Hotel Verdeneve in Opi, with our two children (aged 9 years and 1 year). The structure, family-run, welcomed us with warmth and a delicious welcome appetizer.
We were lucky because the day we arrived it snowed a lot, allowing us to have fun outdoors. The property also has a nice swimming pool, which we imagine is perfect for summer.
The animation involved our 9-year-old son with games and activities, while the little one enjoyed the quiet environment. We recommend Hotel Verdeneve for an authentic and relaxing stay. We will definitely be back!

The area is wonderful, but then you have to know how to do that job.
Poor cleaning and care of the facility (our door got stuck closed twice), juice machine and water at breakfast broken 4 days a week...
