NIESAMOWITY POBYT
Tereny, na których się znajdują, są niezwykle piękne (nawet zimą)
Zdecydowaliśmy się na pobyt w Junior Suite i zdecydowanie nie zawiedliśmy się
Łóżko było duże i bardzo wygodne - pokój był duży, przestronny i bardzo czysty
Wszyscy pracownicy byli bardzo przyjaźni i pomocni, a śniadanie jest naprawdę dobre z mnóstwem różnych opcji
Zdecydowanie polecamy ten hotel każdemu, kto myśli o pobycie w Bolonii

We are really sorry for the rating you give us, apparently based on our laundry service only.
We apologize for not being able to communicate in the right way with you but we must clarify that we cannot provide iron in room, as you correctly stated, for safety reasons, but we offer a laundry service on request.
This is a precise choice to provide the best quality/price ratio and we are sure you will agree about this.
All information about timetable and prices for this service are described in an exhaustive directory you found in the room, the same you filled to confirm the service. We would never afford to charge for an unsolicited service.
