Relaxation in nature
For me and my partner first time in Trentino Alto Adige and we could not ask for more... this place really remains in a corner of paradise... the keywords nature, peace and relaxation.
Structure surrounded by greenery and silence, staff always attentive to the customer and a unique kindness.
Comma and Birba small furry mascots of the structure adorable for those like us who love animals.
The only flaw the days have passed too quickly as all beautiful things... but we will definitely return to this property because the peace it gives is unique.

Absolutely disgusting
The only OK aspect was the view. The food was subpar, the staff was rude and unhelpful (especially the cleaning staff) and the hotel was probably one of the dirtest we have ever been to. Hair (human and animal) and other things everywhere in the room and bathroom, stained (or probably actually dirty?) sheets and towels, mold in the bathroom, everything is in desperate need of renovation and disinfection. Due to bad weather we used the ''spa'' (at extra charge, but there were no towels, no glasses, no water, no tea, even the saunas were turned off when we arrived at the agreed time). The ''spa'' was even dirtier than the room. Stains, dead and alive insects (even a dead little lizard) everywhere it was absolutely disgusting, like it hasn't been cleaned ever! If the rain and fog weren't as bad as they were (the road to the hotel is challenging even in good weather) we would leave even if that meant losing money. The departure couldn't come quick enough. Would definitely not recommend!!

We only stayed one night
passing through. Very pleasant and relaxing location and panorama with 180 degrees view of Catinacco and Alpe di Siusi. Pet-frendly hotel and the furry ones are fine. Recommended for a relaxing trip even with your dog.

No repetition due to the high additional costs!
The location of the hotel and the view of the Dolomites definitely deserve the 3 stars. After that, however, it will be difficult to give us a good review.
The rooms or furniture are quite old. Breakfast was ok but not anymore. Dinner (HP) was rather lukewarm .
The hit though was that we had to pay 24.50 euros for 1x small beer & 1x small can of Coke and the tourist tax for one night!!! You can't do that.
The next day we could experience a touch of luxury in a hotel on Lake Garda for significantly less money.

All beautiful!
The wonderful place, the really great staff, the manager a wonderful person. The food is great and I highly recommend everyone to have this experience! In addition, the hotel is located in a truly strategic point for many excursions to the mountains.
