Gdzie jesteś, Giulietta i Romeo
Hotel ma butikowy charakter, pokoje zostały odnowione około 18 miesięcy temu i mają nowoczesny charakter, nie za bardzo, ale komfortowo, na dole znajduje się bar, a także sala śniadaniowa
Personel jest bardzo przyjazny i chętny do pomocy w przypadku jakichkolwiek pytań

I checked you in at your arrival in hotel and informed you that you booked 2 rooms: one with buffet breakfast included and one without breakfast (accomodation only) and I explained that the cost for breakfast was 15 euro per person. As you wrote 3 of you had breakfast so you knew that you were charged 1 extra breakfast for 15 euro. At the check out you didn't mentioned it, that's why we had to ask you for payment while you were standing outside the main entrance waiting for the taxi ... I don't think it's that bad! But if you think this was officious I apologize for that. I hope you will visit us again in your next trip to Verona.

Doskonały hotel, w samym centrum Werony
Nasza sypialnia (pokój „superior”) miała rozsądny rozmiar i była wygodna, podczas gdy łazienka była dobrze przemyślana, z dużą ilością miejsca na półce. Był mały balkon z widokiem na ulicę. Klimatyzacja była bardzo wydajna, chociaż pomocne byłoby oznaczenie niektórych temperatur na tarczy, ponieważ mieliśmy trudności ze znalezieniem idealnego ustawienia. Śniadania w hotelu były doskonałe, z dużym wyborem dobrej jakości jedzenia. Personel hotelu był znakomity, zawsze pomocny i przyjazny, a pracownicy recepcji mówili dobrze po angielsku.
Podczas każdej wizyty w Weronie na pewno się tu zatrzymamy.

Nie mogę im wystarczająco podziękować (i tobie).
Również pracownicy śniadania byli cudowni i zawsze witali nas z uśmiechem
