Brilliant Bath

A wonderful hotel where modern facilities complement historical Bath - a short stroll from all of the Bath tourist attractions and train station. Spotlessly clean and spacious rooms. Great service especially that of Ellie at breakfast!

A Gem of a Hotel

The Indigo Bath is a lovely gem of a hotel. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. Very close to the Roman Baths and Abbey. I loved the quirky yet comfortable design of the lobby area. The room numbers are books attached to the doors (a la Jane Austen) . Our room was large enough. A good size for European hotel room standards. The decor was beautiful and relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Bath.

Fantastic boutique hotel with so many interesting details to add flair to your stay. Luxury interiors and very comfortable rooms. Excellent service and food. Close to all sights and a very safe and calm area even during weekends. One of my favourite hotels in the country.

2nts in a beautiful vault room

Two night stay in a vault room which was absolutely huge with 2 separate sitting areas (104). Really lovely hotel. Great location, car park couldn’t have been closer (30 seconds walk). Great communication in advance of arrival. Friendly and helpful staff at check in, and also concierge. Breakfast was delicious, great selection and staff were brilliant. Room was beautiful. Unfortunately housekeeping is the weak point, but am sure with a bit of training this can be overcome. On arrival, flannel next to sink was stained and filthy (looked like it had been used for cleaning). Next day, the bed had been made but appeared as though it was then sat on judging from the shape left behind. Both those showed a lack of care/attention to detail by the housekeeper. This did not detract from our enjoyment of a great hotel, and we will return when next in Bath.

Great location, near rail station and centre of town.
Quirky hotel, unusual furnishings and decor but very tasteful.
Room a little small but super bathroom, all needs catered for.
