Reception staff at checkn in seemed distracted, was on the phone when checking us in and barely spoke any words to us. We walked through reception and tried to get through to the bar which we were struggling but instead of politley advising that door is inaccessible they rudely said go round!
Great location for food and restaurants but you do get what you pay for.
