Euston station (railway and underground) just 3min to walk, 15min to the city center.
You can get directly to the pub from your room, some discounts and free beer is provided for the guests by friendly staff. In the evenings, nice warm vibe incide the pub.
Rooms are not big, but ok for several nights.
Some places inside must be renovated, but not critical.

Apart from the features of the facility, it is important to remember that your comfort in rooms where many people stay is completely dependent on luck. I did not experience any problems. It was quite comfortable.
