The hotel has no extra bed to accommodate extra people in the suites. All guest checking in at the hotel will be asked for a credit card at check in for a pre-authorization for accommodations and/or any extras that might occur during the stay. Furthermore, guests who have booked a prepaid reservation must check in with the same credit card that was provided to make the booking. We welcome small dogs under 22kg for 36 GBP per pet per night. The hotel has specific rooms only for guide dogs, which are subject to availability. All guests must contact the hotel before booking accommodations to ensure these specific rooms are available.
