It was disappointing to learn you found the service to be average and that on a few occasions our service let us down. Please do accept my apologies.
It is concerning to know that the room service phone was not answered nor was the milk bought up in a timely manner. I was also surprised to learn of the cheese served at breakfast, the team were also not aware of any similar feedback. I am however delighted that you found the door staff friendly and the valet easy.
I hope this does not deter you from returning in the future as we would love to make amends and make sure your next stay is enjoyable.

Mógłby zrobić znacznie lepiej
Pokój, choć niewielki, był odpowiedni i dobrze wyposażony, jednak na podłodze w łazience były kłaczki włosów i papieru toaletowego. Gorąca woda zajmuje niewiarygodnie dużo czasu, aby dotrzeć do pokoju, który miałam, a ostatniego dnia mojego pobytu nigdy nie dotarła, więc musiałem wziąć prysznic pod mniej niż letnim strumieniem. Nie mogłem zadzwonić do biurka, ponieważ telefon był uszkodzony i chociaż powiadomiłem biurko, kiedy to sprawdziłem, nie zostało naprawione. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, usługa ta była dla mnie obojętna, być może dlatego, że w zasadzie nie ma konkurencji w obszarze z międzynarodowymi nieruchomościami takimi jak Hilton czy Marriott.

It was disappointing to learn to read that certain aspects of your stay, mainly the in-room housekeeping and phone system were not up to our usual high standards, I am sorry for the below par experience. The relevant HOD'S have been informed to review their standards in the hope this will eliminate our previous errors.
