Great holiday
Hotelovy komplex pekny, ale rozsahly, pokud nejste dobre umisteni, musite se spolehnout na tuktuky. Jidlo dobre, michane napoje by mohli zlepsit, malo lehatek u hotelovych bazenu a u plaze. Personal vstricny, ale nekdy problem se zakladni anglictinou. Krasne vylety po ostrove, lanovka je top.

Superb family hotel
Before leaving Melia Vinpearl Phu Quoc, I’d like to share my feedback.
The hotel fully lives up to its five-star status. It occupies a vast area with villas of different sizes, categories, and prices. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. Due to the large distances between villas, the reception, and various restaurants, guests get around on electric buggies that shuttle around the property. You just need to step out of your villa and wait a few minutes, and a buggy will pick you up.
Our family of three stayed in a three-bedroom villa, just a two-minute walk from the beach and the pools near Ibiza Restaurant. To say this villa was spacious—especially for three people—would be an understatement. One of the three bathrooms was probably larger than the living room in some apartments. The terrace, with its private pool and sun loungers, was almost completely secluded, making it a very comfortable space.
As someone who has been into sports all my life, I especially appreciated the small, free gym. There were no squat racks or barbells, but it had all the essential equipment. Judging by the sign-in sheet, only a few people used it each day, but there was always a plate of green apples (along with a water cooler and stacks of towels, of course).
The hotel is conveniently located near attractions like VinWonders amusement park, the safari park, and Grand World, with travel times ranging from a few minutes to half an hour—you can’t get any closer. A free shuttle bus runs from the reception on a schedule.
As for the food at the buffet restaurants—no complaints. The cuisine is diverse, with a wide selection of fresh and delicious dishes. I also noticed that in late March and early April, our part of the hotel became noticeably quieter, with plenty of free sunbeds by the pools and on the beach at any time.
Overall, I’m glad I chose Melia out of several accommodation options and can wholeheartedly recommend it. I’d especially like to mention the smiling, friendly, and attentive hotel staff. A special thanks to Lily at the reception, who arranged a private island-hopping snorkeling tour for us and was always happy to help with a few other requests.

Week in the easten paradise
Spacious, excellently furnished villa with own pool. Great beach with pool , towels, club restaurant @ bar. Transport in the (vast) resort by electric “tuktuks”. Food in the a la carte restaurants (mediterranean, italian, japanese) delicious. Staff helpful, motivated, polite.
